📋1. General Terms & Conditions

Fx99.club ("fx99", "we", "us") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated exclusively for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of fx99's services.

By creating an account or using fx99's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using fx99.

Fx99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website along with the effective date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

👤2. Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use fx99's services:

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
• The name, mobile number, and all other details provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential is your responsibility. Using another person's account, or allowing others to use yours, is strictly prohibited.
• After registration, fx99 may request a National ID card or passport for identity verification at any time.

Fx99 currently supports transactions via bKash and Nagad. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

For Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Payments must be made from your registered mobile number. Funds sent from a different number may not be processed.
• Funds deposited into your fx99 account cannot be transferred to a third party.

For Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are sent to your registered mobile number only.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Larger amounts may require additional verification.
• Wagering requirements for a bonus must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Fx99 reserves the right to hold large withdrawals pending completion of verification.

⚽4. Betting Rules

Before placing bets on fx99, please familiarise yourself with the following rules:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered final once you click the "Confirm Bet" button. It cannot be cancelled or changed after that point.
• Live Betting: Server latency may occur when placing bets on live matches. If an event has already concluded and a bet is accepted in error, it will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Match Cancellation or Postponement: If a match is not completed or does not finish within the specified timeframe, stakes are generally refunded. Sport-specific rules may apply separately.
• Match-Fixing Suspicion: If match-fixing is suspected, fx99 may suspend all bets on that match and make a final decision following an investigation.
• Maximum Payout Limit: A maximum payout limit applies to each bet — this varies by game type and is stated on the respective game page.
• Technical Errors: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, fx99 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

🎁5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each bonus and promotion on fx99 comes with its own specific terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 20x–35x the bonus amount). The exact figure is stated separately on each offer.
• Duration: If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: You cannot have two active bonuses at the same time. If a bonus is already active, you must use or cancel it before claiming a new one.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games, or wagering contributions may be calculated differently for certain games. Please refer to the relevant offer page for full details.
• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including using multiple accounts or a VPN to claim bonuses — may result in permanent account closure if detected.

Fx99 reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or add new conditions to any promotion at any time. Advance notice will be given for changes affecting ongoing bonuses.

Fx99 places the highest priority on protecting every user's data and funds. The following measures are in place to ensure this:

• All data transmissions are secured with SSL/TLS encryption.
• Payment details are never stored directly on fx99's servers — all transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory in certain situations — such as large withdrawals or suspicious account activity.
• Activating two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

🚫8. Account Suspension or Closure

Fx99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violations of the terms, including bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Harassing or abusing other users or fx99 staff.
• Registering with false information or submitting fraudulent documents during identity verification.
• Attempting to hack the system or exploit it for unfair advantage.

If an account is closed, the real-money balance (excluding bonuses) may be refunded after review — provided no breach of Terms is established.

You can request account closure at any time. To do so, withdraw your available balance first, then submit your closure request.

Fx99 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the website at least 7 days in advance, and an SMS will be sent to members' registered numbers.
